This yogurt covered strawberry was for the front of a package to convey the flavor combination of strawberry and yogurt flavored bites. After selecting a great strawberry, it is mounted on a fork, which has been mounted into a clamp. Once the photographer had the lighting figured out, I tested how the yogurt ‘drip’ was going to work. The goal was to have it appear as if it was dipped and just pulled out of yogurt. Once the consistency was right I began adding yogurt, using a dropper, behind the berry to cascade into the perfect drip. This happens over and over and over while several shots are taken. For the final package, the image is clipped out to remove the clamp in the back.
